Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.


Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchased item to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Only regular priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 72 hours from the product's arrival to contact us regarding the issue. You can reach out to us at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and directly shipped to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

If you are shipping an item over $200, it's recommended to use a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
